Photo of Kailua-Kona Public Library

Local estate planning attorney, John Roth, will explain the pluses and minuses of using a trust as part of an estate plan.  While doing so, he will share little-known stories about real trusts established by Princess Pauahi, Queen Liliuokalani, Queen Emma, Samuel Damon, and James Campbell, plus a fictional trust headed by George Clooney in “The Descendants” movie. This free program is sponsored by the Friends of the Libraries, Kona (F.O.L.K.)

Program schedule is subject to change. Contact the library 15 days in advance to request a sign language interpreter or if special accommodations are needed.
