Mele`uhane: Kona’s own Hawaiian father and son duo

May 9, 2017 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Guitar

Keikilani and Leokani Lindsey are lovers of most every musical genre, and they celebrate their love of ohana and culture by continuing to holo mua in their unique interpretations of classic compositions, new original mele and traditional Hawaiian favorites.  In their deep affection for olelo Hawai`i, Mele`uhane lends a new spin to haku mele and joins a new generation of Hawaiian storytellers endeavoring to explore the many untold tales of the heart…and rendering a song for each emotion.

Program schedule is subject to change. Contact the library 15 days in advance to request a sign language interpreter or if special accommodations are needed.
