We like to party and by party we mean read books!
Lihue Public Library is throwing a Silent Reading Party at Ha Coffee Bar located at 4180 Rice Street in Lihue
Join us for an afternoon of reading with friends.
At a Silent Reading Party, there’s no assigned reading, no discussion guides, and all types of readers are welcome (audio books? e-readers? graphic novels? Bring ’em!).
Delicious Ha Coffee Bar beverages will be available for purchase.
Every event starts with some casual conversation before we settle in to a quiet hour, so share what you’re reading, make some new friends, and pick up some book recommendations while you’re at it!
Program schedule is subject to change. Contact the library 15 days in advance to request a sign language interpreter or if special accommodations are needed.
