The Hawaii State Library is pleased to offer this focused look at Chinese American women’s history, told through the legal cases fought in the Supreme Court of the U.S. and its states.  Featuring rare photographs, personal stories, and a timeline of case descriptions, Herstory documents the efforts of Chinese American women who fought for equal treatment in the eyes of the law and for citizenship and immigration rights. LEGO Wall

Join our LEGO Wall community!  Children, teens and families are encouraged to imagine, create, share and build with thousands of LEGO pieces and figurines.  This free, open, community build takes place on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm and on Tuesdays from 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm.  Space is limited.  Creations remain on our LEGO Wall for 1 month.  New creations go up on the first day of the month that the library is open.
