Readers of all ages are invited to launch into A Universe of Stories this summer! Help build an outer space LEGO® city with Playwell Teknologies. Listen to Sky Tales with Nyla Fujii-Babb and Jeff Babb. Defy gravity with Elemental Minds. Watch an amazing demonstration by McKinley High School’s FIRST Robotics. Enjoy keiki craft activities and free refreshments while supplies last. Sponsored by the Friends of the Library of Hawai‘i and the 2019 Summer Reading Sponsors.

LEGO® Event (for ages 5+).
A maximum of 50 participants will be allowed for each 25-minute build session. Online registration is no longer being accepted.  On June 1st, please go to the LEGO® Activity Check-in Table located outside the Hawaii State Library’s main entrance. Walk-in participants will be accepted based on space availability.

• SESSION 1 – 10:00 to 10:25 a.m.
• SESSION 2 – 10:30 to 10:55 a.m.
• SESSION 3 – 11:00 to 11:25 a.m.
• SESSION 4 – 11:30 to 11:55 a.m.
• SESSION 5 – 12:00 to 12:25 p.m.
• SESSION 6 – 12:30 to 12:55 p.m.
