Let’s talk about NoveList. Are you missing your favorite librarian or circulation staff member who shares that hot tip of what to read next, or can find a book that reads just like your favorite author, whose books you’ve already read and can’t wait for the next to come out? Take a look at NoveList! This e-resource, covering keiki through adults, is a book database with reviews, recommended reading lists, and a fancy search box where you can search for books by character, storyline, tone and writing style. In state observance of Prince Jonah Kūhiō Kalanianaʻole Day, most public libraries will be closed on Monday, March 27, 2023.  Oahu libraries that are normally open on Sundays will be closed to observe the holiday on March 26th and be open on Monday, March 27th. Libraries that are normally closed on Mondays will observe the holiday and be closed on Tuesday, March 28th.
