The Korean Collection, formally based at the McCully-Moiliili Public Library, has been temporarily relocated to the Library for the Blind & Print Disabled (LBPD), next to the Waikiki-Kapahulu Public Library. The 12,000+ collection of books, fiction and non-fiction for all ages, is available while the McCully-Moiliili branch is under renovation.

This special collection is supported by the Korean Library Foundation, founded by Sook Ki and Eugene Moon in 1997. The non-profit organization’s mission is to enhance and expand the Hawaii State Public Library System’s Korean language collection.
