
Psychiatrist and Pāpaʻaloa resident John Kruse MD, PhD, will discuss his book Recognizing Adult ADHD, highlighting how the condition is still often missed in adults. Identifying ADHD can lead to treatment that improves daily functioning at work and school, enhances communication with others, and can contribute to healthier lifestyles. Distinguishing ADHD from normal absentmindedness, or from other mental health conditions, can save lives.
