All That We Are: Presented by Hospice of Kona

Caregiver Connections. Two hands together.

You are invited to attend the first in a series of presentations sponsored by Hawaii Community Caregivers Network (HCCN).

Presenters from the Hospice of Kona will be sharing information about end of life care, palliative care, bereavement services, We Honor Veterans, and the Hospice of Kona Foundation.

Light refreshments will be served and there will be time for questions.

Hawaii Community Caregiver Network (HCCN) is a nonprofit, all-volunteer organization supporting and educating family caregivers in our community since 1996. Please visit our website to learn more about local caregiver events and resources.

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible. Advance requests 48 hours or more before the event are encouraged, but not required.
