After presenting the second talk of a 3-part series for caregivers that focuses on COMMUNICATION, Lyn Moku will host a unique forum to gather feedback about how the Alzheimer’s Association of Hawaii can further assist communities.

It will be a talk story style and a great way to share urgent needs and gaps in support for families dealing with Alzheimer’s. Light refreshments will be provided.
