Author/Illustrator Duo Mak & Tea

Special Guests after Tunes, Tales & Twirls Story Time
Mak & Tea will read Pau: The Last Song of the Kaua’i ‘o’o.
Creative writing exercises for kids ages 6-11. All ages welcome.

Tony Piedra & Mackenzie Joy consulted with Kaua’i Forest Bird Recovery Project in the making of their new picture book, honoring Kaua’i’s native species. Mak & Tea collaborated on the well-researched and award-winning picture book One Tiny Treefrog that Ms. Mindy has used in keiki story time with excellent results.
