Join us for a special evening with Big Hearts on a Little Island author, Victoria Moore, as we reflect on the beautiful ways the community of Maui stepped up to help after the devastating 2023 wildfires. This event is a chance to honor those efforts, share stories, and connect as we continue the journey of recovery and healing. All are welcome.

Copies of Big Hearts on a Little Island may be pre-ordered at Big Hearts on a Little Island Book Website or may be purchased from a Maui Friends of the Library representative following the program.  100% of the net proceeds will be donated to support the rebuilding and regrowth of the Lahaina Public Library.

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible. Advance requests 48 hours or more before the event are encouraged but not required.
