October is Cybersecurity Awareness Month!

The Hawaii State Public Library System is partnering with (ISC)2 Hawaii Chapter, an organization of cybersecurity professionals, to provide a free virtual informational presentation for children and parents.

Presenter Tim Minick will share tips for safe posting best practices on social media. Learn to identify scenarios when sharing too much information can put them in danger, and the steps they must take to stay safe and secure online. Registration is required.

If you need an auxiliary aid/service or other accommodation due to a disability, please contact (808) 831-6878 at least 7 days prior to the program date. We will make every attempt to fulfill all requests for accommodations. All programs are subject to change.
