Welcome spring and unleash your creativity! As part of the Waimea Cherry Blossom Heritage Festival, Thelma Parker Memorial Library is offering a free cherry-blossom greeting card workshop.  Use themed stamps, stickers, and a variety of other provided materials to design your one-of-a-kind greeting card.
