You are invited to this open forum to meet local creators and to encourage constructive, thoughtful dialogue to build our community.
What can we learn from each other, what can we celebrate, what can we make better? This is meant to be a candid but always respectful discussion where everyone present has an opportunity to be heard.
This is a community-requested program that will be moderated by the library manager who will also be available to answer any library system related questions or concerns.
Featuring invited local authors and creators: Eddie Flotte artist and author of ‘Sandy Cotton’s Labor of Love: Love letters in Watercolor’ and ‘The Fish Whisperer’, Dr. Brook Brown author of ‘Emalia: A mother-daughter journey from here to beyond’, and artist and photographer Monique Fay.
Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible. Advance requests 48 hours or more before the event are encouraged, but not required. Program schedule is subject to change.
