April is National Poetry Month. Celebrate at the library by creating a found poem. A found poem takes existing texts and rearranges them to create a poem. It is a collage of words, taking random pieces of newspaper articles, magazines, or any other written texts and producing something new and beautiful.
Poems may be created March 25 through the month of April. Materials provided by the library. Share your poem by displaying your work through the month of April. For ages 8 and older.
