Decorate your very own tote bag with paint, stencils, and patches. From the farmers market to the library, a tote bag always comes in handy. All supplies will be provided by the library. Limit 10 patrons. Please visit our Reference Desk or call (808) 266-9911 by Friday, July 17th to RSVP.

This event is intended for Young Adults (ages 12-18). Limit of 10 patrons. Program is funded and sponsored by the Friends of Kailua Public Library.

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible. Advance requests 48 hours or more before the event are encouraged, but not required. All programs are subject to change.
