Department of Water (DOW) and Kauai Emergency Management Agency (KEMA) will offer residents helpful tips on preparing for disaster emergencies.  You will learn how to create an individual emergency plan, assemble an emergency preparedness kit and put safety tips into action.

All attendees will receive a FREE 20L collapsible water storage container to be used in emergencies.

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible.
