
Falun Gong (also called Falun Dafa) is a mind and body practice based on truthfulness, compassion, and tolerance. Deeply rooted in traditional Chinese culture, practitioners learn 5 sets of slow and gentle exercises that have benefited millions in more than 150 countries.
Join presenter Amy Xue for a hands-on overview of what the Falun Gong method is, how to become more mindful with slow and gentle breathing exercises, and how to practice more mindfulness in your daily life. Free workshop, all are welcome!
