Wild Table Eating Wild Foods

Want to add a healthy variation to your daily meal planning?  This introductory course targets the home gardener and small farmer, and covers edible wild table or foraged food plants that are easy to grow.  Explore Native Hawaiian, indigenous, and introduced plants from other parts of the U.S. to spice-up your palate and bring new perspectives of farm to table.

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible.
