Edible Flowers Gardening Workshop with East Hawai’i Master Gardeners

Edible Flowers

In partnership with the East Hawai’i Master Gardeners we will be offering a free gardening workshop. Learn about the many species of beautiful and edible flowers. We will be talking about the many culinary and medicinal uses of marigolds, dandelions, and nasturtiums. Join us to learn more about the wonderful world of edible flowers and how to grow your own at home. If interested sign up by calling the library or coming in person.
Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible. Advance requests 48 hours or more before the event are encouraged, but not required. All programs are subject to change.
