Think you’re good at giving directions? Put your skills to the test in our Exact Instructions Challenge! In this hands-on activity, participants will try to guide a “sandwich maker” through the process of making a peanut butter & jelly sandwich—using only their written instructions. Sounds easy… or is it?

All attendees to programs and events during the Summer Reading Challenge at Kealakekua Library will receive a raffle ticket for a special branch prize to be drawn at the end of July!

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible. Advance requests 48 hours or more before the event are encouraged, but not required. All programs are subject to change.
