Learn about the Nisei soldiers of World War II through an interesting and informative six-panel exhibit which provides a brief history of the various military units, as well as information about veterans who went on to become prominent leaders in Hawaii.

This exhibit was created by the Nisei Veterans Legacy organization and may be viewed during the library’s business hours.

Meet the Author programs associated with this exhibit will be held at Salt Lake-Moanalua Public Library on January 4 (John Suzuki, author of American Grit) and January 18 (Tom Coffman, author of Inclusion).
