Family Caregiver Class: Understanding Alzheimer’s and Dementia

Symptoms of Alzheimer's and Dementia

The Alzheimer’s Association will conduct an informational program called “Understanding Alzheimer’s and Dementia, featuring guest speaker Debbie Pang, community educator and Makiki Support Group co-facilitator.

Alzheimer’s disease is not a normal part of aging. If you or someone you know is affected by Alzheimer’s or dementia, it’s time to learn the facts. This program provides information on detection, causes and risk factors, stages of the disease, treatment, and much more. Caregivers are welcome to attend!

Seating is limited. RSVP required Call the library at 453-6566 to register.
