Join RTMI (Read To Me International) & the Waimea Public Library for read-alouds, a light dinner, and a kid-friendly craft! Families who register for the RTMI & Waimea (Kauaʻi) Public Library Family Literacy Night and fill out a survey after the program can choose a FREE new picture book to take home. Your advance registration helps us plan for food and craft supplies.

This monthly program (3rd Mondays) is especially for families with children 4-8 years old, and younger/older siblings are welcome to join. Our August event will feature these two books:

• It’s Not My Fault! words by Jory John; art by Jared Chapman.

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible. Advance requests 48 hours or more before the event are encouraged, but not required. Program schedule is subject to change.
