During weekly, one-hour sessions, parents or other adult caregiver and children ages 5 through 8 years old will learn math through fun games and activities. These sessions are designed to promote mathematical thinking using common household materials. The activities engage children in thinking about numerical and spatial relationships through card games, board games, and construction activities (creating patterns with shapes and simple objects).

Participation is limited and registration is required. Call Kailua Public Library to sign-up for this event at (808) 266-9911 during library hours. Each child must be accompanied by a parent or adult caregiver.
