Join Julia for a special storytime series for the whole family! This series centers on kalo, maiʻa, ʻulu, and ʻuala — nourishing foods that have fed families in Hawaiʻi for generations.
Our second session will focus on maiʻa (banana). Come have a taste!
This program is appropriate for ages ~2-8. Spaces are limited: Contact your library to make a reservation.
Young children must be accompanied by a parent or adult caregiver.
Mahalo nui to the Friends of the Libraries, Kona (F.O.L.K.) for sponsoring this program!
