Father’s Day Craft

June 14, 2024 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

painting of flowers on a miniature canvas displayed on an easel

UPDATE: Due to overwhelming demand, we have run out of canvases and easels. Instead, we will offer an alternate surprise Father’s Day craft.

Kids are invited to create a mini painting for the dads/grandpas/other male caregivers in their life! Make a picture as a Father’s Day gift using paint markers on a 3″ x 3″ canvas. You can display your creation on a mini easel.

This program is intended for children ages 4 and up. Young children should be accompanied by an adult caregiver. CAUTION: Paint markers are not washable, so please dress accordingly!

Limit 1 canvas and easel per child while supplies last. Mahalo to the Friends of Waimea Public Library for sponsoring this program!

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible. Advance requests 48 hours or more before the event are encouraged, but not required.
