Attend the Financial Wellness/Homebuyer Education Workshop conducted by the Nānākuli Housing Corporation (NHC), a 501(c)3 and certified HUD counseling agency.  In the workshop you will learn how to:

• understand your credit score
• prepare to purchase a home
• get prequalified for a loan
• find out what loans are right for your ʻohana
• maintain and keep your home

Also qualify to participate in NHC’s IDA saving program were NHC will give you $1 for every 1$ saved for up to $1,000.

Workshops are FREE and include workbooks and one-on-one counseling. Seating is limited–please sign-up at the reference desk or by calling 668-5844.
