Celebrate National Library Week with us at Waiʻanae Public Library through a fun and creative keiki activity: Write a Love Letter to Your Library!
Keiki are invited to share what they love most about their library—maybe it’s a favorite story, a beloved character, or the joy of discovering new books. Through drawing, writing, or both, children can express how the library makes them feel and helps them “Find Your Joy”!
This activity encourages creativity, early writing skills, and a love for reading in a fun and meaningful way. We can’t wait to see the wonderful letters and artwork our keiki create!
Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible. Advance requests 48 hours or more before the event are encouraged, but not required.
