Create and take home your very own 8” X 10” painting for you to display! Have fun while you develop your painting skills using acrylics. All the paints, brushes, surfaces and embellishments will be provided without any cost to you.
For beginners or more advanced painters: Learn how to use and care for your brushes, how to transfer one of these designs and make a color palette. Practice creating background, using stippling and stenciling techniques. Learn how to float and dry brush, to give a 3-D effect and make your painting come alive.
This project is adult and child friendly! Young children must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Sponsored by Oahu Decorative Painters.
Registration is required by Thursday, August 15. Sign up at the library or call 808-259-2610.
