“Yesterday, Drew Baylor (Orlando Bloom) was a promising sneaker designer. Today, he has cost his company 972 million dollars (let’s just round it to a billion), lost his job and his girlfriend, Ellen (Jessica Biel) and gotten a call that his father has died in Kentucky. On his way to Elizabethtown, Drew meets Claire Colburn (Kirsten Dunst), a wise and quirky flight attendant, who helps him navigate his grief and complex family ties.”
