Hawaiʻi’s Reef Fish: Food, Science, and Tradition

Learn from Local Author Cassie Pardee what fishery scientists do and how their data is shared with our local community.

Cassie’s book, a community effort by Poseidon Fisheries Research with help from a NOAA Fisheries grant, presents community recipes with biology, ecology and traditional Hawaiian uses of commonly caught coral reef fish.

This program has appeal for all age groups.
