Due to a large demand by families, Kahuku Public and School Library has partnered with the fabulous Burlews, a local organic farming family based in Kahuku and Punalu’u to teach children how to prepare food.

Please bring your child(ren) to see Farmer Dave and his lovely wife Tara demonstrate how to make simple, nutritious AND delicious snacks during this Spring Break. There will be ‘ono grinds to sample and helpful hints on how to add fruits and veggies into children’s diets.
