Help start the new year off on the right foot by choosing to eat healthy!  Sisi Kong, Community Outreach Team Leader from a local health food store, will be demonstrating how to make two plant-based recipes using local ingredients.  Limited supplies of samples and recipe handouts will be given to those in attendance.
