20 years of Harry Potter calls for a celebration! In honor of the Boy Who Lived, the Kailua-Kona Public Library will host a craft program worthy of any Hogwarts student!

Seek out your own golden snitch at our Quidditch Station! Stop by our Owlery to pick up your very own Hedwig bookmark to help you study for your O.W.L.s! After crafting, visit our miniature Three Broomsticks Station for a refreshing cup of butter beer!

Fans new to and familiar with the series are also encouraged to take advantage of OverDrive’s digital library promotion. From August 27 to September 10, the ebook version of ‘Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone’ will be available for unlimited access (hawaii.overdrive.com). 

This program is suitable for Wizards, Witches, and Muggles ages 6 and older. Craft supplies and snacks will be available while supplies last on a first-come, first-served basis. Children 5 years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult caregiver.
