Trained fitness, nutrition, and medical professionals will be on site offering free 15 minute consultations and blood pressure screenings, as well as information sessions on proper mobility and posture, making healthy choices at the grocery store, and how to relieve pain and ease muscle tightness naturally.
Let’s get moving! Join in for a one hour group exercise class featuring yoga and strength training at 6:00 p.m. suitable for all fitness levels.
