Inspiring Cooperative Relationships at Home & Work

November 14, 2017 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

two heads talking

Healthy relationships take work, and most of us did not learn these skills at home or in school.  Just like reading and math, anyone can learn communication and connection skills.  Join us for a deep dive into key skills and practices that will improve connection, trust, and cooperation with your spouse/partner, children, friends, and colleagues.  You’ll learn specific skills to practice with your important people and a handout guide for effective listening.  Andrea Pro is a certified nonviolent communication coach and trainer who loves to work with individuals who are ready to get unstuck from relationship pain and conflict and to move towards healthier, mutually-fulfilling relationships characterized by deepening authenticity, emotional safety, intimacy, and trust.

Program schedule is subject to change. Contact the library 15 days in advance to request a sign language interpreter or if special accommodations are needed.
