Celebrate the 2018 Summer Reading Program!
Storyteller/musician James McCarthy has traveled the United States “in the tradition of the Modern Troubadours,” learning stories and songs along the way. His performances blend vivid characters, audience participation, and musical selections in a way that is uniquely his own.
This 45-minute program is suitable for all ages. Young children must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver.
Sponsored by the Friends of the Library of Hawai‘i and the 2018 Summer Reading Sponsors. This is a production of the University of Hawaii at Manoa Outreach College’s Statewide Cultural Extension Program with additional funding and support provided by the National Endowment for the Arts, Hawaii State Foundation on Culture and the Arts, and the University of Hawaii.
All programs are subject to change. If you require an auxiliary aid or accommodation due to a disability, please contact the library at least 7 days before the program date.
