In partnership with the East Hawai’i Master Gardeners we will be offering a free gardening workshop. Katuk, also known as Sweetleaf Bush, has a tasty leaf with a pea-like or nutty flavor. The leaves, flowers, small fruits, and seeds of the Katuk can be eaten raw or cooked. High in vitamin A, C, and protein. Join us to learn more about this wonderful bush and how to grow it in your garden. If interested sign up by calling the library or coming in person.
