Keiki & Kupuna ID Cards

The Keiki/Kupuna Identification Program is designed to provide identification cards for children at preschool and elementary-school ages as well as for kupuna.

The Honolulu Police Department will make an ID on the spot with the person’s  photo and emergency information. The purpose is for your child or kupuna to have it readily available in case of emergency.

This is event is open to all keiki and kupuna, and it has no associated fees. Please fill out this online form: Keiki/Kupuna ID Information

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible. Advance requests 48 hours or more before the event are encouraged, but not required.
All programs are subject to change.
