Keiki Book Club: The Lemonade War

March 14, 2018 @ 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm

|Recurring Event (See all)

An event every 2 weeks that begins at 3:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until May 30, 2018

Lemonade War book cover with glass of iced lemonade

The Keiki Book Club meets twice a month to discuss a marvelous, inventive book. Our latest read is the Nēnē Award-winning book The Lemonade War by Jacqueline Davies. Check out the plot summary below!

“Evan Treski is people-smart. He is good at talking with people, even grown-ups. His younger sister, Jessie, on the other hand, is math-smart–but not especially good at understanding people. She knows that feelings are her weakest subject. So when their lemonade war begins, there really is no telling who will win–or if their fight will ever end.”

This program is designed for ages 9 to 12. Call or stop by our Circulation Desk to sign up!
