Keiki Identification Program

The Keiki Identification Program is designed to provide identification cards for children at preschool and elementary-school ages.

The Honolulu Police Department will make an ID for your child on the spot with your child’s photo and emergency information. The purpose is for your child to have it attached onto their backpack or lanyard, in case of emergency.

This is event is open to all keiki and has no associated fees.

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible. Advance requests 48 hours or more before the event are encouraged, but not required.
All programs are subject to change.
