Honolulu Police Department officials will make Kupuna ID safety cards for adults ages 55 years and older. There is a form to fill out. The Kupuna ID is not an official ID, but a secondary form of ID containing your photo, emergency contact(s), and medical issues. They will also share walking safety information.

Program sign-up is strongly recommended. Please call the library, or stop by the reference desk to register.

All programs are subject to change. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible. Advance requests 48 hours or more before the event are encouraged, but not required.
