We invite patrons 55 and older to come get your Kupuna ID safety cards! Kupuna ID is not an official ID and contains no financial information. Kupuna ID contains your photo, emergency contact information, description, and medical issues.

Be prepared to fill out a form with emergency contact information, weight, hair, and eye color. HPD will take your photo and issue a card!

All programs are subject to change. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible. Advance requests 48 hours or more before the event are encouraged, but not required.
