Anyone can help save a life. It just takes a little training.

Kylie Charice Alarcon, Red Cross Hawaii Chapter Club President, will teach you the three simple steps to performing hands-only CPR. Also known as compression CPR, this act has been shown to be just as effective as CPR with mouth-to-mouth breathing. This class will give you the information and skills needed to confidently help others during breathing or cardiac emergencies.
