We’re excited to invite you to our Legislative 101 program featuring our special guests from the Hawaiʻi Alliance for Progressive Action (HAPA)!  They will be discussing local legislation and sharing how you can get involved in the legislative process to help make a positive impact in our community.

In addition to the training, they will also provide a recap of the highlights from the 2025 legislative session. Come learn how to make your voice heard and be a part of the change in our community! We can’t wait to see you there!

To sign up for this program please register at the Adult Reference Desk or give us a call at (808) 733-8422.

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible. Advance requests 48 hours or more before the event are encouraged, but not required.  All programs are subject to change.  See a schedule of upcoming events on the HSPLS Events Calendar.
