You are invited to our May Community Seed Library (CSL) program at Kailua-Kona Public Library. Celeste Makrevis has been growing cacao in Kona for more than 5 years and has mastered the art of making her own chocolate from the cacao pods her tree trees produce. At this talk she will discuss growing cacao and will demonstrate her way of making small-batch chocolate. Celeste has produced a YouTube video that goes through the process she will demonstrate.
