Can you remember the sense of peace and enjoyment you felt while coloring as a child? Use colored pencils or gel pens to create a meditative state.  Repetitive motions such as coloring (or running, walking, dancing) can help strengthen your focus and easily shift your attention back to a relaxed state. Stressful thoughts and future worries can be simply pushed aside as you take time to enjoy the present.

This program is conducted on the first Friday of the month.

All programs are subject to change. If you require an auxiliary aid or accommodation due to a disability, please contact the library at least 7 days before the program date.
