Mocktails & Talk Tales

June 25, 2024 @ 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Watercolor illustration of a berry mocktail green and tan books. Text reads: "Mocktails & Talk Tales: A (Somewhat) Social Club for the Bookish"

Enjoy libations in the library! Come talk books, or just talk story at Mocktails & Talk Tales, a (somewhat) social club for the bookish.  Bring a friend, or come solo to meet like-minded library lovers for a zero-proof and zero-cost evening out. We’ll serve light refreshments and literary mocktails inspired by Tim Federle’s Tequila Mockingbird and Are You There, God? It’s Me, Margarita.

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible. Advance requests 48 hours or more before the event are encouraged, but not required. For a schedule of events, go to librarieshawaii.org/events.
